Fall Trail Workday Planned

The Maah Daah Hey Trail Association is planning a workday for Wednesday, October 28 to be held near the north end of the Maah Daah Hey Trail on October 28. This is a great time of the year to get out and enjoy the last nice days of autumn. Earlier this month Curt Glasoe and Roger Ashley installed the first two new signs near the CCC Trailhead. These signs and posts are to replace the original signs that had weathered and unreadable.

The signs and posts on 0.4 miles of the Summit Trail from the junction of the Summit Trail with the Maah Daah Hey Trail will be installed on October 28. The Summit Trail leads to the North Dakota Champion Rocky Mountain Juniper. Those interesting in volunteering to help out with this project should text or call Roger Ashley at 701-300-3315 or email rogerashley@ndsupernet.com for more information about this project.
