This ride is aimed for riders who are new to the MDHT or just like good company ? being familiar with mountain biking and having your body good physical condition will ensure your success at an enjoyable ride. We absolutely don’t want to deter beginners so if you’re concerned about your abilities please call/text Amy at above info and we can discuss things in more detail. All ages and abilities are welcome but there can be some limitations.
Don’t forget to bring helmets, water and snacks. Time estimates of an hour to an hour and a half for the 6-mile ride and two and a half to three hours for the 13-mile are to be expected depending on the pace of the group.
Be careful! You could fall in love with the MDHT and the ND badlands.
